Acceptable Use Policy
These rules apply to all prompts, uploads, generated images and GIFs, edits and shared outputs on BriefPic.
No adult or sexually explicit content
Do not create, request, upload or share sexually explicit, pornographic, adult, NSFW or sexually suggestive images or GIFs. Sexual content involving minors, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual deepfakes are strictly prohibited.
No abuse, violence or unlawful content
Do not use BriefPic for child abuse, threats, hate or targeted harassment, extremist recruitment, graphic violence, self-harm encouragement, fraud, scams or other illegal activity. Do not create instructions or materials that facilitate harm.
Respect people and their rights
Only upload material you are entitled to use. Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy or publicity rights, impersonate a person or organization, or create deceptive endorsements. Obtain appropriate permission for recognizable people. Never present an AI-generated event or interaction as a real record.
Moderation and enforcement
Text prompts sent to our image and GIF generation services are screened using the Creem Content Moderation API before generation. Requests that are denied or flagged are blocked. If moderation is unavailable, generation cannot proceed. We may remove prohibited content, suspend accounts or terminate access for violations; attempts to bypass screening are prohibited.
Reporting and review
Report a generated result using its Report control, or contact the support address linked in our Terms with the project or request identifier. Do not attach prohibited content to a report. We review reports and account actions; you may ask support to review a restriction.
