Terms of Service
Please review the following service and credit rules before using the service.
Service scope
The service provides image and GIF generation and version management. Results vary with input. GIF revisions regenerate the full animation; regional GIF inpainting is not currently supported.
2. User Responsibility & Content Rights
You represent that you hold the necessary rights to any text, images, or assets you upload. You are solely responsible for inspecting generated outputs—including dates, prices, and spelled text—prior to public distribution or commercial use.
3. Experimental Regional Inpainting
Localized inpainting and brush replacement features are experimental. Output quality may exhibit minor edge artifacts, line inconsistencies, or text blurring. We do not guarantee pixel-perfect isolation or identical replication.
Credit Rules & Service Terms
1. Credit Structure and Refills: Accounts hold subscription credits (monthly packs and daily refills) and extra credits (signup bonuses, welcome gifts, and manual rewards). Paid plans receive an upfront monthly credit pack that expires at the end of each billing cycle without rollover. While your membership stays active, daily refills add up to your tier's daily rate at 00:00 UTC until subscription credits (available plus in-progress holds) reach the tier cap. Refills accrue automatically without requiring daily logins, but pause when capped with no retroactive make-up. If a membership ends completely, accumulated daily credits cap at the free limit of 60 credits. 2. Deduction, Holds, and Technical Refunds: Generations and revisions hold credits upon submission. Confirmed technical failures release held credits back to their original credit source under their original expiration date; tasks with pending or unknown status remain held until resolved. Expired or revoked batches are not restored. Deductions follow your selected preference, drawing earliest-expiring credits first and automatically covering any remaining balance from your other credit source. 3. Extra Credits and Usage Estimates: Welcome gifts and promotional rewards maintain independent expiration dates and are not shortened or truncated when a subscription cycle ends. Extra credits do not grant membership features, watermark-free downloads, or extended storage on their own. Estimated generation counts are reference figures based on 30 full days of refills at Basic resolution without prompt tuning; all revisions consume credits equally and do not constitute a guaranteed delivery count of finished images.
Subscriptions and contact
Paid subscriptions renew monthly. Use billing management to cancel future renewals; the paid period continues to its original expiry. For payment or refund questions contact support@briefpic.app. Operator: BriefPic.
